Announcing the Future Begins at Home: Prevention Innovation Grant

Family Promise of Beaufort County is excited to announce that we were chosen, by Family Promise National, as 1 of 20 Affiliates across the country to receive support from Clayton Homes to enable us to continue building and strengthening our homeless Prevention programming.  By utilizing case management support and creative problem solving, we will be able to help families avoid eviction and remain stably housed.  Keeping a family in its home is paramount to the family’s health, safety, and overall well-being.  This matching grant from Clayton Homes will enable us to raise awareness of local Prevention programs and foster new community partnerships.  

Clayton Homes is the largest builder of manufactured housing and modular homes in the United States.  Locally, their home center is in Beaufort at 3418 Trask Parkway.
