Tamika has over 26 years of experience working with families and children. Tamika has worked in all areas of social services, including, substance abuse, mental health, foster care, and adoption. Tamika is a Certified Case Manager, Train the Trainer and Facilitator. Tamika holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, in Sociology and a Master of Education in Adult Education, Human Resource Development and Leadership from Georgia Southern University. Tamika is an active member of SHRM Savannah, where she held the position of Treasurer for the past two years to include DEI Committee Chair. Tamika is also a Board Member of Georgia Southern University, Network of Black Alumni (NOBA). When Tamika is not working, she spends the majority of her time, volunteering at her church and with senior citizens within the community. Tamika is grateful to work with the staff, local community and families at Family Promise. Tamika is also a proud member of, Top Ladies of Distinction.
