Volunteer Opportunities
- Office Volunteers- As an office volunteer you’ll assist with light administrative tasks like answering phones, data entry, supporting staff with daily operations.
- Movers– As a volunteer mover, you’ll assist with the safe and efficient transport of furniture and household items, including loading, unloading, and potentially setting up furniture.
- Tutors- As a volunteer tutor you’ll provide invaluable support and enrichment to participants in grades K-12. Volunteers will offer individual or small group attention helping with homework and extend children’s understanding and supporting what was learned within the classroom.
- Overnight Host -As an overnight host you will engage and interact with residents, and help enforce policies ensure residents have a secure night.
- Meal Prep- As a Meal Prep volunteer you will prepare and package nutritious meals for participants. Meals are needed Monday- Friday. You will coordinate with the Volunteer Coordinator for available days.
- Drivers- As a driver you will provide transportation for participants, who may lack access to transportation options. The driver will be responsible for taking participants to appointments, interviews, work, and school.
- Cooking Demonstrators- will offer their culinary expertise, or registered dietitian prepares a dish or a series of dishes in front of an audience, explaining the process as they go along.
